Payment Policy

• RDR requires a 60% deposit with submission of your order.
• Balance of money must be paid in full, BEFORE the product is shipped.
• Cash, Certified Cheques, Money Orders, Visa*, Mastercard* and American Express* are accepted.
• All discount offers and coupons must be presented when project is brought in and will not be honored after billing is completed - there are no exceptions.

Freight

• All prices F.O.B. Toronto, Ontario.
• Customers are responsible for any applicable freight and courier charges, including charges on any possible returns or re-shipments.

Billing Policy

• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• RDR reserves the right to change prices, colours, materials, specifications and qualities mentioned on our price list without notice or obligation.
• All product is subject to 10% over-run or under-run.
• Customers will only be billed for actual quantities shipped.
• If a client decides to supply RDR with finished film for printing, any changes applied to the film to meet RDR’s specifications will be billed to the client.

Terms and Conditions

• All CD, DVD, CDR, VHS tapes and audio cassette which contain cover recordings must have all mechanical rights, licensing in place prior to manufacturing
• All CD-Rs, tapes, artwork, photos, etc. provided to RDR by client, remain the property of the client and will be returned once all outstanding invoices are paid in full.
• It is not RDR’s policy to return any masters (CD or film) or product (CDs, cassettes or vinyl) until all invoices are paid in full.
• No product will be released to our customers (CDs, cassettes or vinyl) until all non-certified cheques or all credit card orders have cleared through the proper channels.
• There will be a charge of $40.00 for any NSF cheque.
• While RDR will treat the client’s material with the utmost care, RDR specifically denies liability for any damage or loss due to fire or casualty, while said materials are in the care, control or possession of RDR Music Group.
• Master tapes, film, art work and negatives will only be held for TWELVE MONTHS from the date of the most recent order, at which time may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.We will not knowingly discard or destroy any masters.
• Customer indemnifies and holds harmless RDR Music Group against loss, damage, cost and expenses, including attorney’s fees, which RDR may suffer or be charged with by reason of any claim of infringement of copyrights or trademarks or contributions under the Phonograph Trust Agreement or of any claim that said recording is not the property of customer or defames or infringes on the right to privacy of any person, firm or corporation which may be made against RDR in connection with
production and manufacturing.
• RDR is not responsible for master tapes, CD-Rs or for original art work. It’s standard industry practice to have a safety or backup.
• Customer should provide for his own insurance coverage, as RDR’s policy does not provide protection for client’s parts in our possession.
• RDR limits liability to return or refund (at our option) on the services performed, providing that the product is deemed defective by reason of workmanship or material.
• If a project is cancelled while in progress, the client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to that time.
• No product is replaced, or credit given, more than sixty (60) days after the client’s receipt of the product.
• RDR products are unconditionally guaranteed against defects in quality and workmanship.
• RDR reserves the right to refuse any orders, for whatever reason it deems necessary.
• Once proofs are approved, the customer will be charged for any work completed, even if he terminates the project.

ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO + OR - 10% ON ALL PRINTING OF INSERTS AND MANUFACTURING OF CDs, DVDs, CD-ROMs, VHS OR CASSETTES.
